C Spire is the sixth largest wireless provider in the US, with approximately 1,800 employees and 800,000+ wireless, fiber Internet, and business customers. As Sr. Manager of the UX development department, responsibilities included:

• Spearheading the formulation of strategic plans for the UX design team
• Overseeing all facets of the UX design department, from talent acquisition to implementing streamlined processes
• Fostering a culture of collaboration within the UX design team
• Encouraging exploration of usability issues and identifying areas primed for enhancement
• Supervising work quality to ensure alignment with company standards
• Facilitating cooperation within the team to proactively investigate usability concerns through research and user-testing

Served as the sole web designer in the company, holding dual responsibility for both online creative tasks and front-end development. This encompassed managing the company website and the creation of an online interface for an outdoor entertainment platform with a large video library, articles, news, and other outdoor resources.

Throughout an eight-year tenure spanning several company mergers and internal reorganizations, oversaw the web design department responsible for design and front-end development for the corporate Internet, Intranet, and Extranet sites — supporting a user base of over 110,000 employees and vendors.
